SARA'S DESIGN DOMAIN

This module aims to develop students’ critical thinking and idea generation abilities through the investigation and application of a wide range of thinking skills and techniques. The lessons taught in the lecture throughout the semester is based on a book called Zig Zag. It is a book written by Keith Sawyer. In his book, he has come up with 8 steps that he said can improve one's creative thinking.

The 8 steps are:

   

       1. Ask                                     5. Think

       2. Learn                                6. Fuse

       3. Look                                  7. Choose

       4. Play                                   8. Make

Lead by Charles Sharma Naidu, Sufina Abu Bakar, Delliya Mohd Zain, Fu Yen Huei, and Iffa Mohd Nayan, student will learn to be more creative and apply the techniques in their everyday life to produce astonishing results. They will also think deeper with the assignments given, thinking of ways to solve problems and preparing themselves for the obstacles that they will face in the ever growing competitive industry.
